LIMITED WARRANTY

 

Length of Warranty: Your warranty protects you from the date you purchase your sleep set and continues according to the warranty stated here and on your warranty card. In the event that we repair or replace your Comfort Sleep Products mattress or foundation, this warranty continues your protection from the original date you purchased your sleep set.

Warranty Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects in your Comfort Sleep Products mattress and or foundation. Replacement of one piece does not automatically result in the replacement of the other piece. This limited warranty is provided only to the original purchaser. If your Comfort Sleep Products mattress or foundation fails due to a manufacturing defect, Comfort Sleep Products will repair or replace the defective product. Comfort Sleep Products reserves the right to substitute comparable materials or models and does not guarantee that the replacement will match the original piece. Your mattress set must be supported by 

a matching foundation, or equivalent, with an appropriate frame. The frame should include a rigid center support with at least 5 legs or a rigid center support with at least five 1x4” hardwood cross slats for queen sets. For king sets the frame should include a rigid center support with at least 6 legs or a rigid center support with at least five 1x4” hardwood cross slats.

WHAT IS COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY?

 

MATTRESS

• Coils or wires that are loose or broken

• Coils or wires that protrude or rip through the fabric

• Body impressions that are greater than 1.5”

FOUNDATION:

• Split, loose, or broken boards in the wood frame

• Squeaks, rattles or noises

• Broken, compressed, or loose grid and module wires

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY?

• Mattress fabric

• Structural damage from using an improper bed frame

• Product sold “as-is” or “floor model”

• Bed height

• Sheet fit

• Comfort preference

• Body impressions that are less than 1.5”

• Border wires, which run along the perimeter of the mattress and box spring, bent due to moving or bending the sleep set inappropriately

• Mattress damage due to an inappropriate foundation

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM: 

Contact your original Comfort Sleep Products dealer. A copy of the original bill of sale is required to validate this warranty. Mattress labels and the law labels must be attached to identify the bedding and validate this warranty. Transportation is the responsibility of the consumer.

Your new Comfort Sleep Products Mattress has one sleeping surface. This mattress was manufactured with durable upholstery materials which will increase the life of the mattress. Body impressions are a normal sign of upholstery materials conforming to your body’s individual contours.

 

Do not sleep on the foundation or the non-sleeping surface of the mattress as they are not made for that purpose.

 

This warranty does not apply if the mattress or foundation is subjected to obvious abuse or improper care such as but not limited to stains or soiling, and burns.

 

ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL NOT EXCEED IN DURATION THE TERM OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, WHICH BEGINS WITH THE DATE OF PURCHASE BY THE CONSUMER. THE SERVICE TERMS STATED IN THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE THE CONSUMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IN THE EVENT OF PRODUCT FAILURE DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD. COMFORT SLEEP PRODUCTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT OR THE INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT, OR FOR THE BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY.

 

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Comfort Sleep Products does not authorize any person to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with this warranty.
